We’re seeking an Operations Relationship Manager to take the lead in managing and nurturing key client relationships. About the Role

As the Operations Relationship Manager, your primary mission is to serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, client needs are met, and long-term partnerships are fostered. You’ll oversee onboarding, project execution, and performance reporting while proactively identifying opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

Client Success & Communication

  • Lead onboarding to ensure smooth client integration.
  • Maintain proactive communication, addressing concerns and keeping clients informed about progress.
  • Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Oversee internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Track KPIs and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability in all deliverables.

Strategic Guidance & Problem-Solving

  • Recommend tailored strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Address and resolve challenges promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Drive client growth by identifying opportunities to scale campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators

  • On-Time Delivery: Achieve 100% on-time submission of deliverables.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain a 90% or higher satisfaction score quarterly.
  • Campaign Growth: Scale retainers for at least 20% of managed campaigns quarterly.

What We’re Looking For

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and CRM tools.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and drive decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering results.
