Accounts Executive
Role & Responsibilities:
· Handling full set of account functions (Account Payable, Account Receivable and General Ledger)
· Verify invoices and other accounting documents
· To monitor expenses and expense forecasting
· Assist in general accounting activities (month end closing and reporting)
· Deal with the bank and liaise with other departments/vendors.
· Monitor cash flow in the company.
· Assist in financial statements, tax returns and others are complying with governmental and regulatory authority requirements
· Assist and provide administrative support to the manager
The Ideal Candidate
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
· Independent and resourceful
· Proficient in Malaysia accounting related subjects and with government law and regulations.
· Good analytical and communication skills
· At least 1-2 years working experience
