Human Resource Manager
Dreams Language Academy, Malaysia’s largest online Japanese language learning platform, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance our people management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for various roles.
- Employee Development: Design and implement effective training programs to upskill staff.
- Retention Strategies: Create initiatives to foster employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Performance Management: Develop frameworks to evaluate and improve staff performance.
- HR Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain updated HR policies.
- Culture Building: Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in hiring, training, and retaining staff in your current or previous role.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead HR initiatives and work collaboratively with teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
Location & Work Mode:
- Full-time, office-based role at Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur.
- Easily accessible via LRT Sri Rampai station (walking distance).
Salary & Benefits:
