Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly, politely and professionally.
  • To be familiar with menu items and information for food and/or beverages.
  • Present menus to customers, answer questions about menu items, make recommendations and up sell the menu items.
  • Take orders from customers for food and/or beverages.
  • Inform customers about the day’s specials
  • Offer menu recommendations upon request
  • Up-sell additional products when appropriate
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization
  • Communicate dining or order details to kitchen personnel.
  • Serve food and/or beverages to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Communicate with customers to ensure that they enjoy their meals and ensure customer satisfaction towards food, beverages and services.
  • Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware and glassware.
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments
  • Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety of the bar and floor areas at all times.
  • Perform all reasonable duties assigned by restaurant managers and management.

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to learn, have a great attitude and highly motivated.
  • Working experience: non-required as long as you’re passionate about the face-paced –F & B service industry
  • Ex-cabin crew / flight attendant / fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: RM7.00 - RM8.00 per hour
