In this role you will:

  • Communicate with customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp and email, then follow up on leads.
  • Activate company promotions and activities to boost enquiries and generate sales leads.
  • Maximize sales volume and value using persuasive selling methods and by understanding customers’ needs.
  • Be the voice of the customer: addressing questions, supplying additional information and managing customers’ expectations.
  • Manage all stages of the sales cycle including lead qualification and conversion, document collection, closing deals, and following up on payment.
  • Track sales progress on a CRM system and ensure all relevant data and documents are captured.
  • If it is necessary, then proceed to outdoor sales.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

  • Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing.
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, or Mass Communication.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A knack for quickly understanding information and assessing customers’ requirements.
  • Having a background in corporate training is a bonus.
  • A preference for being indoors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
