Senior Sales Support
We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Senior Sales Support professional to manage logistics and fulfilment processes, warehouse operations, internal support and planning, order scaling, and customer invoicing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimising operational efficiency, leading teams, and ensuring seamless coordination across all aspects of the supply chain and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics operations, coordinating with third-party providers to optimise inventory and ensure timely order fulfilment and dispatch.
- Ensure the efficient storage, organisation, and distribution of inventory across all channels.
- Collaborate with online sales, e-marketing, and customer service teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives and support resource planning.
- Manage the entire order process, from receipt to delivery, identifying opportunities for process improvement and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and timely billing while maintaining detailed records of orders, deliveries, and payments.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of SPM qualifications with at least five years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfilment, or a related field.
- Exhibit exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
