Responsibilities

To be responsible in foreign worker management including permit renewal, check out memo, foreign worker insurance and other related matter.
To monitor factory time management and update reports to HR Manager monthly.
To handle and arrange employees’ welfare.
To handle employees’ grievances and disciplinary issues.
To handle employees’ performance evaluation.
To update employees’ leave record.
To recruit and manage the factory manpower recruitment according to factory requirement.
To assist factory management team in issues related to discipline, time management and related issues of factory employee.
To process monthly payroll.
To monitor and process staff insurance, project insurance and other related company insurance.
To monitor compliances of HR rules & regulations.
To liaise with government agencies relating to operation.
To ensure the HR compliance of ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.
To involve in Safety, Health and Environment activities.
To oversee the HR and Administration aspects in factory and report to HR Manager.
To undertake any assigned tasks or projects from time to time.

Requirements

Possess Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in related discipline from recognized institution of higher learning.
Minimum experience of 2 years in HR spectrum in manufacturing environment.
Experience in recruitment and handling of foreign worker is an added advantage.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Software.
Able to accept challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good attitude, independent, analytical and good supporter of teamwork.
Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all levels.
Possess a Driving License and willing to travel to government agencies if required.
Willing to work and based at factory located in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
