Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing advice and guidance to the Senior Management on employment matters, influencing management and the leadership around the people agenda to maximise work performance.
  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals. Develop & deliver strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.
  • Facilitate and enable organizational performance through employee engagement and capability building strategies. Maintain a highly engaging culture, motivate employees, foster an environment with high levels of teamwork, accountability, communication, and vision to employees.
  • Lead performance management processes, facilitate performance reviews, and support leadership in driving a culture of continuous improvement. Create and manage a performance appraisal system that drives effective development.
  • Develop, implement & manage the compensation & benefits programs.
  • Manage and oversee the process of employee payroll.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent for business-critical roles and future leadership opportunities.
  • Manage training and development initiatives.
  • Develop strategic HR plans and policies, ensuring policy compliance and legal adherence.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the HR team, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Min 10 – 15 years of relevant experience in HR Management & business partnering.
  • Must be able to influence and be a credible partner at all levels within the organization.
  • Outstanding in project management, building collaborative relationships , change management, influencing skills, managing without control and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
