Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare and verify accounting documents, such as bank reconciliations and balance sheets.
  • Track and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in preparing budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support the preparation of tax filings and audit documents.
  • Assist with payroll processing and other financial tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • SPM fresh graduates or Diploma in Accounting or CAT
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good work ethic and sense of responsibility.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
