Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and verify accounting documents, such as bank reconciliations and balance sheets.
- Track and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in preparing budgets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and audit documents.
- Assist with payroll processing and other financial tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- SPM fresh graduates or Diploma in Accounting or CAT
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good work ethic and sense of responsibility.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
