WINDOW DISPLAY AND PRODUCT LAUNCHES

  • Design and create visual merchandising displays that are relevant to the store layout, current design and market initiatives
  • Assist to manage and plan the visual merchandising execution based on store needs and restrictions.
  • Update mannequin guidelines and product space planning by working with retail team.
  • Assist to do styling and outfit building for mannequin in store following deadlines and regularly when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of a comprehensive and clear launch guide relevant for all stores to follow.
  • To support the Senior VM to provide asset creation and graphic layout for upcoming launches and related event setup.
  • To assist in preparing launch reports - potential, strength, weakness and opportunities.
  • To provide support festive season and ad hoc project including night shift for setup

PRODUCTION & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Sourcing display materials for various projects
  • Create and manage the production for display props and delivery to the store
  • Liaise with warehouse team or logistics (internal/external) to align allocation plans and distribution process for stores.
  • Track status of orders and manage local production to fulfill on time, ensure quality and stability
  • Assist to record all VM assets available in store and in warehouse.

STORE OPENING

  • Assist the Senior VM in completing the visual merchandising aspects of a new store by preparing the planogram, category organization and visual elements of the store
  • Assist the team in sourcing and ordering of merchandising elements, manage the production processes, timeline and quality
  • Align store needs with direction in the presentation of products and visuals
  • Preparation of comprehensive and clear store opening fitting guide for store to follow

RETAIL SUPPORT

  • Support store to ensure up-to-date and compliance of brand guidelines and visual merchandising strategy.
  • Assist in providing feedback and technical advice to maintenance needs and store upkeep

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of design programs including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Microsoft Office,
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Have an eye for details, love problem-solving and most importantly enjoys being hands-on.
  • Love working with people.
  • Highly creative, open minded and has the ability to think out of the box.
