  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns to restore operations at client sites.
  • Provide technical service and support, ensuring machines are functioning efficiently.
  • Deliver training to clients after machine installations.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Offer excellent after-sales support, including guidance on machine operations and maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit detailed service reports on work performed.

Skill / Attributes / Competencies:-

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, or electronic engineering (experience with CNC machine tools is a plus).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - training will be provided!
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Able to clearly explain technical concepts.
  • Proactive, analytical, and willing to take initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a team player.
  • Passionate about staying updated on machinery and technology advancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
