Job Responsibilities:
Resource Management
- Develop and maintain resource allocation plans to support project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers to identify and meet staffing requirements.
- Maintain a database of staff skills, qualifications, and availability.
- Assign staff to projects based on skills, availability, and project needs.
- Monitor resource utilization and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on resource allocation and utilization for management.
- Collaborate with training and development teams to support staff growth.
- Address staff performance issues and implement corrective actions.
Administration
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and disciplinary procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and related processes.
- Maintain accurate manpower records and prepare monthly reports.
- Liaise with recruitment vendors and agencies to ensure timely staffing.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Proficient in Singapore Employment Act and Malaysia Labour Law is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Prior experience in learning and development is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be detailed, accurate and meticulous.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated. proactive and independent.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
