Job Responsibilities:

Resource Management

  • Develop and maintain resource allocation plans to support project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers to identify and meet staffing requirements.
  • Maintain a database of staff skills, qualifications, and availability.
  • Assign staff to projects based on skills, availability, and project needs.
  • Monitor resource utilization and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on resource allocation and utilization for management.
  • Collaborate with training and development teams to support staff growth.
  • Address staff performance issues and implement corrective actions.

Administration

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles and related processes.
  • Maintain accurate manpower records and prepare monthly reports.
  • Liaise with recruitment vendors and agencies to ensure timely staffing.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Singapore Employment Act and Malaysia Labour Law is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Prior experience in learning and development is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be detailed, accurate and meticulous.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivated. proactive and independent.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
