Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our Procurement Department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and purchasing support to ensure smooth operations within the department. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the Procurement Department. Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation. Liaise with suppliers and vendors, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain accurate records and databases for procurement activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement processes align with company requirements. Support in resolving administrative or purchasing issues promptly and efficiently. Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration or purchasing roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Team player with effective communication skills.
