FINANCE ADMIN CUM HR EXECUTIVE (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of combined experience in Finance and HR roles, ideally in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.

Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP for financial reporting, payroll processing, and data management.
• Solid understanding of payroll management, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of oil & gas industry regulations and HR compliance.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain security.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is key.

Job Description :

• Maintain and manage financial records, including invoices, receipts, and transactions.
• Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy in tax deductions, benefits, and employee compensation.
• Manage recruitment, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
• Track employee attendance and manage leave requests using NIGEN & QTMS.
• Support employee relations and performance management activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
