  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Scope:

  • Liase with Sub-Contractors, Suppliers to ensure information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of each project.
  • Conduct site visit to create assessment and project for future jobs
  • Taking off quantity, drafting BQ, preparing and analyzing cost for tendering works for future jobs
  • Negotiate cost and claims between proposals and contracts
  • Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
  • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
  • Attend Tender Interviews/ clarifications
  • Select and/or source construction materials
  • Measure and value the work done on site
  • Undertake the preparation and processing of quotations, bids and proposals within Client deadlines

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying Or Building Technology.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field (ID & Renovation industry)
  • Understand Contractual terms and processes
  • Familiar with project costing and pre and post contract administration with good knowledge of laws
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Possess own transport
