The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- To carry out sales strategies & implement the sales activities with respect to products, market, pricing with an objective to increase the aluminium foil & specialty sales volume and profit.
- To meet the sales business plan
- Plan & execute strategies.
- To achieve sales plan.
- To provide prompt and reliable value added services to all customers
- emphasizing problem solving, solution providing method to all customers and ensure all receivables are collected on time.
- To handle sales and service in the domestic and export market to achieve sales target, margin and revenue.
- To achieve sales target, recommend pricing policies which enable the achievement of volume targets and profits.
- To improve market share, attending to customer's complaint and to provide basic technical assistance on specifications and quality issues.
- To gather market intelligence, achieve customer satisfaction and collections.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Sales, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience in Sales, dealing with domestic & international customers, good in communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin would be advantageous
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
