CXL is looking for a seasoned and driven Assistant Branch Manager to lead and elevate our Contract Staff Division. This role focuses on manage a team of Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and Talent Acquisition Specialists, cultivating their growth in a high-performance, target-driven environment. Your leadership will be instrumented in delivering outstanding workforce solutions to our clients while fostering team excellence and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and growth-focused environment to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance HR and talent acquisition expertise.

Talent Acquisition Development

  • Strategize and implement best practices to optimize the talent acquisition process in result-oriented setting.
  • Guite the team in meeting client demands with high-quality talent, emphasizing speed and accuracy.
  • Identify training needs and implement programs to build recruitment capabilities.

Operational & Strategic Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the contingent workforce KL division, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and drive improvements to exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to identify and implement strategies for business growth.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a point of escalation for client concerns, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clints, understanding their needs to deliver customized staffing solutions.
  • Support the development of long-term partnerships and client retention strategies.

HR Knowledge Application

  • Apply comprehensive HR expertise to advise and guide the team on compliance policies, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on Malaysia Labour Laws and market trends to ensure alignment with industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years in recruitment, HR or contract staffing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing HR-knowledgeable teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities to grow a high-performance team.
  • In-depth understanding of HR practices, employment regulations, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
