The Admin & HR will provide support to the administration and HR functions of the organization. The role involves ensuring smooth runninig of day-to-day office operations, handling administrative tasks, and assiting with HR related activities. Assist the manager-in-charge with other relevant tasks as necesary.

Responsibilities

Administration

  • Planning and monitoring of office supplies such as pantry suppliers, etc. to ensure it is sufficient to meet company needs.
  • Office equipment maintenance such as water dispenser, printers, etc., are in good condition and service on time.
  • Ensure that all the offices are clean and well maintained at all times.
  • Application & renewal of licenses, insurance, membership, subscription, etc..
  • Prepare, follow up and tabulate of client satisfaction survey.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks.

Human Resources

  • Assist with the recruitment process and internship program, including posting, job vacancies, screening resumes & scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee files, data & organization chart.
  • Maintain record books, such as leaves, office & IT equipment, uniform stock, claims, etc..
  • Prepare & check employee's project related allowances.
  • Assist in performance management & KPI.
