Engineer - Technical Production Engineer

1. Support the implementation of Environment Management System (EMS) and ensures proper disposal of waste according to procedures. 2. Support for coordinate and maintain engineering documents in accordance with company compliance, customer requirement and ISO/TS 16949. 3. Prepare the department monthly report to present on the Management Meeting every month. 4. Prepare the system procedures, work instructions and workmanship standard pertaining to the activities in his/ her area of responsibility consistent with the requirement of SWS and standards. 5. Prepare tooling cost and update periodically to suit new development or changes of engineering. 6. Monitors personnel management like absences, overtime, appraisal and approval of job trip either interplant or overseas and workload analysis, distribution and balancing. 6. Ensure the overall development activities of new model project are runs in time as scheduled in master schedule. Conduct the recovery plan and monitor the effectiveness of recovery plan. 7. Maintain and monitor a high level of housekeeping practices through 5S/Pika-pika program to ensure consistent and continuous commitment to quality and safe working environment. 8. Perform other duties, which may be assigned from time to time.
