Operations Manager

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality customer satisfaction and technical services. • Provide the necessary framework, systems, and resources to foster continuous improvement across the organization, including the development of the ISO 9001 quality management system. • Develop, maintain, adapt, and implement strategic business and growth plans for the organization, covering all departments and activities, as well as incorporating new ventures. • Design, implement, and evaluate marketing plans that support the aforementioned business strategies. • Ensure all plans are effectively monitored and periodically reviewed to sustain a competitive advantage. • Create and maintain accurate, effective company budgets to support business goals. • Monitor overall company performance and take appropriate action when challenges arise. • Ensure comprehensive workforce planning is conducted, with appropriate staff training provided. • Collaborate closely with key clients to nurture and expand relationships.
