Senior Procurement Manager

Position : Senior Manager Department: Procurement • Manage and provide oversight and direction to the purchasing team to ensure the team are preform effectively. • Strategic planning for Department to achieve its annual objectives. • Implement cost reduction program with suppliers, monitoring product and service quality/ on-time delivery performance by key suppliers. • Drive sourcing strategy and execution that delivers a competitive advantage including implementation of the strategic supplier initiatives including supplier selection, development and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance • Analyze supplier performance and evaluate in terms of delivery, quality and responsiveness. Review/ update Approved Supplier List. • Identify and evaluate Sourcing opportunities. Develop negotiation and supplier with optimal quality ,cost and delivery including monitor and analyzing supplier performance for benchmarking and expenses optimization. • Maintain purchase order and ensure on-time and accurate submission of orders to suppliers • A solution providers to all purchasing matter • Develop and maintain good relation with supplier and internal stake holders • Developing suitable product plan proposal and price assortment strategy to delivers profit to the company • Liaise with material planner team to forecast a balanced quantity of products/material to purchase • Ensures sourcing strategies achieve cost competitiveness, cost reduction program and maximizing purchasing value • Identify and develop strategic supply sources for the all commodities • Work with Supplier, Engineering and other department to drive Lean initiates including just in time sourcing • Manage the material function to meet the KPI • To monitor on-time receiving of inventory
