Job Description 1. Answer and direct phone calls 2. Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms 3. Develop and maintain a filing system 4. Update and maintain office policies and procedures 5. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers 5. Maintain contact lists 6. Book travel arrangements 7. Submit and reconcile expense reports 8. Provide general support to visitors 9. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Job Requirement 1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant 2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures 3. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) 4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work 5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
