Role Overview:
The Administrative cum Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the organization by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office management, and maintaining an efficient and organized workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Provide administrative support to departments as needed.
- Draft and edit reports, memos, and other correspondence as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events (internal).
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity
Human Resources Duties
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative and/or HR roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations.
