Retail Supervisor (MANGO, Mid Valley Southkey JB)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operation of the store.
• Promote and monitor service quality of staff
• Evaluate and propose staffing needs for the store and training needs for both new and existing staff.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in supervisory role in fashion retail environment.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written in BM and English).
• Able to motivate and lead team members to achieve company’s objectives.
• Results oriented with track record in outstanding customer service.
• Good organizational, time management and leadership skills.
• Willing to temporary work at Bangsar Village branch to undergo on-the-job training before the new branch opening.
