Responsibilities:- Supervise daily production operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Oversee production staff and monitor the workflow to maintain operational efficiency.
- Guide and coach employees to improve productivity and ensure smooth operations.
- Lead operators in adjusting machine settings to meet desired product specifications.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root cause analysis for Plant machinery.
- Identify operational issues and propose improvement plans for plant processes.
- Monitor critical control points to ensure product consistency and quality
- Schedule and assign personnel to execute the production plan effectively.
- Manage rework processes for non-conforming products.
- Assign operators to perform timely cleaning of machine motors and control boards.
- Maintain cleanliness and enforce safety compliance in the production area.
- Onboard new employees by explaining production workflows and proper machine operation methods.
- Monitor and review the schedule for regular machine maintenance.
Requirements:- Working experience in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and machine operations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis for equipment and process issues.
- Familiarity with quality standards, such as PSD and coating processes.
- Proven ability to lead and coach production staff and operators effectively.
- Strong organizational and team management skills for scheduling and assigning personnel.
- Ability to detect and propose improvement plans for production efficiency and equipment performance.
- Keen eye for maintaining product quality, safety compliance, and cleanliness in production areas.
- Diligence in monitoring critical control points and documenting production output or downtime.
- Capable of consulting new employees and explaining production workflows and machine operation methods.
- Clear reporting and communication of issues to relevant stakeholders.
