Internship Position: Marketing (Event) Intern

YYC is looking for passionate and motivated interns to plan and organize events (webinars) with close attention to details to ensure events (webinars) are well managed and delivered to expectations. This includes working well with all delivery partners and field teams in the delivery of services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of company marketing related activities such as sales launches, virtual events, courses, workshops, and road shows.
• Asist in setting up appointments for consultants to assist SMEs / business owners to meet their business objectives.
• Assist in inviting potential leads and contacts to monthly events.
• Manage customers and the public with tact and diplomacy and relationship building.
• Arrange and test all event logistics including audio visuals, décor and overall setup to ensure all are in good working order.
• Coordinate all operations and promotional activities for virtual events and webinars.
• Handle guests and clients during the virtual events and webinars.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc task as required (especially during event preparation).

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or its equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Skilled in negotiation and building relationships.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Added advantage for candidates fluent in Mandarin.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
