  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement and delivery of ship spare parts via courier, airfreight, or seafreight.
  • Manage LCL (Less-than-Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) shipments for ship spares.
  • Oversee ship spare offloading and ensure timely delivery onboard vessels.
  • Arrange transportation for inbound and outbound trucking operations.
  • Monitor and prepare documents related to garbage disposal processes.
  • Handle bunker/lubricant oil courier arrangements from vessels.
  • Prepare and issue access passes for drivers.
  • Communicate with shipping companies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory in the warehouse and report ship spare movements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and international shipping standards.
  • Monitor emails to address operational needs promptly.
  • Handle import/export and customs clearance documentation.
  • Prepare and issue invoices for ship spare deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in logistics or warehouse management are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of ship spare parts and logistics operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn and adapt.
