Creative Designer

SUMMARY

Manage and execute all aspects of design, focusing on branding, social media and marketing collaterals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Creative Conceptualization

• Generate innovative ideas and concepts for visual content that align with project objectives and company brand guidelines.

2. Graphic Design

• Design compelling and cohesive visual assets for digital and print mediums, including but not limited to: social media graphic, poster, banner, bunting.

3. Brand Development

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identities, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all touch points.

4. Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, network development and other departments to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver high-quality designs that meet deadlines.

5.Partner/Dealers Interaction

• Collaborate directly with company partners/dealers to understand their design needs, gather feedback and translate their vision into compelling visual solutions that exceed expectations.

6. Industry Research

• Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance the skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

7. Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

8. Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of design materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand standards.

9. Monitoring

• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers, interns, or freelancers as needed.

10. Documentation

• Maintain organized files and project documentation to ensure efficient workflow and seamless collaboration with team members.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 2 year experience.
• Diploma/ Bachelor of Interactive Multimedia Design or any equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
