Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on selling Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to our existing customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy storage solutions and experience in the palm oil sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the palm oil industry.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and detailed product insights to clients to facilitate informed decisions.
- Presentations and Proposals: Develop and present persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Market Awareness: Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive dynamics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with BESS vendors for technical proposals and tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in sales, specifically within the energy storage or EV charging industry.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
