The Position

The Platform Management Specialist plays a key role in working with Marketing and Medical from the CRM and Specialty Departments to drive digital campaign initiatives, under the guidance of the Campaign and Digital Excellence Manager. The job scope covers designing campaign plan, strategizing campaign execution, campaign performance monitoring and utilizing digital platforms in driving omni-channel excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operations of all digital platforms (e.g. Internal and external BI initiated websites, Veeva and Adobe Emails, NBA, etc.). Where required, coordinate with the relevant operations and IT stakeholders in troubleshooting and solving issues raised.
  • Lead in the delivery of the end-to-end process of Digital Campaign delivery, which includes, planning, organizing and deploying campaigns.
  • Become the key coordinator between campaign owner (brand team), GHPS, Delivery Unit in the execution of all Digital Campaigns, which includes, scheduling, quality assurance of assets and proofs, delivery of campaign and post-campaign assessment and analysis.
  • Lead in consistently looking for new and better ways in running campaigns with the objectives of improving campaign performance and digital engagement.
  • Lead MSI in any new platform launch, which includes covering train and change management needs, testing new capabilities, reporting of issues and errors and ensuring they are solved and successful deployments.
  • Responsible for the content development process and where required, coordinate with the operations and IT stakeholders, as well as agencies (i.e. GHPs) to troubleshoot and solve issues relating to content development and deployment.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with the Campaign Owners to update on digital campaign / initiative performance and provide recommendations and solutions to issues faced by the team.

Other Responsibilities

  • When required, to be elected as a committee member to support and collaborate with team members to brainstorm and plan company events which include but are not limited to annual/mid-year conference, ADD and/or VTI day.
  • Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall event experience.
  • Assists in coordinating logistics, including venue selection, catering and entertainment arrangements.
  • Attend committee meetings to stay informed about event details, updates and any changes in plans.
  • Support the execution of events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
  • Uphold company values and foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere during events.
  • Perform any other related duties as related to the above.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree graduate.
  • At least 2 years working experience in digital marketing (particularly content, email and web marketing) and transformation experience required - digital platforms, content, training, change management Organized and good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands on experience in digital marketing and execution (e.g. running end to end digital campaigns).
  • Prior experience in digital / multimedia agency for content creation in highly regulated markets such as pharma is an advantage.

Skills

  • Experience in website management and email marketing.
  • Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaign with tagging and reporting that enables content and channel optimization.
  • Experience in web analytics (i.e. Google analytics, Adobe analytics, etc).
  • Experience in reports extraction and making qualitative analysis to provide valuable input in contributing to effective and efficient customer journey.
