Production Engineer
Responsibilities
1. Make monthly and daily production plan.
2. Ensure 'machine capacity study' for each month is checked before certified by the Operations Manager
3. Monitor the achievement of Key Performance Index (KPI) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
4. Ensure that FG stock in Logistics is in a controlled condition, which is a minimum of 1.5 days to 5 days.
5. Lead in activities to reduce costs and increase productivity through kaizen applied to all employees.
6. Comply with and implement all instructions and work methods that have been set out in the manual that is to achieve high productivity through excellent production or manufacturing practices and ensure at all times including the cost of production, proper planning and delivery.
7. Ensure quality products are produced to customers
8. Ensure the IATF 16949 Quality System is T6implemented, followed and maintained in production.
9. Supervise and ensure subordinate staff implement and follow 5S practices as prescribed.
10. Prepare KPI, KAIZEN, 4M and etc. reports for weekly meetings lead by the Operations Manager.
11. Conduct internal trainings to improve the operations and performance of subordinate staff
Criteria:
1) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, SPM at least 3A and good health condition.
2) Candidates must have at least a Degree/Diploma in manufacturing/
mechanical/automotive engineering.
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office-Work & Excel and time management.
4) Strong interpersonal communication and minimal supervisory skills supervision.
5) Ability to quickly learn new skills and acquire knowledge.
6) Organized and disciplined, able to work independently and in a team.
7) Able to work under pressure

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
