To provide engineering and technical support to the team
To review the new project technical data especially related to control and instrument, electrical specification and system requirement, electrical drawings and component rating meet the project scope and boiler specification
To generate single line diagram and control flow chart for new boiler
To attend panel FAT before delivery
To ensure the revise drawing is updated in document pack once commissioning work completed
To provide official training to client upon request (class and on-site)
To assist in term of preparation of service & commissioning document procedure and check list from time to time
To lead the commissioning work for special design i.e; power plant, boiler with new burner system and etc
To assist commissioning and boilers troubleshoot. To attend if required.
To prepare site visit report when required
To lead small project scale in-term of work preparation, scheduling, commissioning and final report (i.e; control system conversion, fuel conversion, additional system)
Emergency response to urgent issues
To make technician arrangement while Service & Commissioning Manager is absent
Assist sales team for site assessment when required
Assist sales team for operational and technical when required
