As a Senior Scalp Consultant/Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' overall hair and scalp health. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who is knowledgeable about various scalp and hair conditions and is dedicated to providing personalized consultations and solutions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide scalp treatments, perform professional hair scalp analysis for customers, including shampoo, blow-dry, basic head massage, and related services
  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend treatments or products accordingly
  • Understand the fundamentals of sales and hair care and constantly strive to improve skills by learning and researching in the field
  • Mentor and supervise junior therapists, ensuring their professional development and adherence to spa standards
  • Maintains spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness and safety standards according to standard operating procedures
  • Monitor stock levels of in-house products and ensures that stock levels are maintained at all times
  • Provide excellent service and create exceptional experience to customers
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or related field
  • Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and cheerful
  • Service oriented and well-groomed
  • Focused, responsive and alert
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environmen
  • Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holiday
