  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location : Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

Work arrangement: Full On-site work set-up

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of skin care treatments, facial techniques, and beauty products. As a Facial Trainer, you will be responsible for providing professional facial services to clients and educating other team members or trainees on proper facial techniques, product usage, and client care.

THE JOB:

  • Evaluate clients' skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments or skincare routines.
  • Perform professional facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and moisturizing, using appropriate techniques and products.
  • Customize treatments based on skin types, conditions, and client needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, skincare products, and facial techniques.
  • Educate clients on skincare best practices and post-treatment care.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients.
  • Maintain inventory of beauty products and tools; ensure proper sterilization and sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Mentor junior beauticians, providing guidance and hands-on training to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Dermatology or related field is a plus but NOT REQUIRED.
  • 5-6 experience as a Beautician, Aesthetician, or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of different skin types and conditions, skincare products, treatments, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in various beauty treatments and aesthetic procedures.
  • Attention to detail and ability to assess clients’ needs accurately.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
