Customer Service Counter
Location: PEJABAT WILAYAH KELANTAN, PT 483, JALAN JAMBATAN SULTAN YAHYA, KB WATERFRONT, SEKSYEN 17, 15000 KOTA BHARU, KELANTAN
Duration: 3 months contract under PERSOLKELLY Malaysia (2 February 2025 - 1 May 2025)
Working Hours & Day :
Sunday to Thursday : 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Purpose:
Responsible for assisting customers with their transactions, inquiries, and requests at the service counter. This role involves providing high-quality customer service, managing product exchanges and returns, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized counter area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth transaction of business at the branch counter.
- Responsible for receipts issuance for General & Shareholder Fund 3
- Responsible for issuance of Motor Direct cover note for the General Business.
- Responsible for issuance of non-Motor policies
- Responsible for receiving & entertain complaints from direct walk-in customers & agents.
- Responsible for preparing the daily collections report (DCR) for verification by Regional Operation on daily basis.
- Responsible for recording documents and all related material for submission to the Head Office. 8. Responsible to get NCD confirmation 9. Responsible for issuance of endorsement for motor and non-motor policy. 10. Responsible for upkeeping the filling system at the branch. 11. Undertake any other job as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields.
- Good communication skills.
- Vast exposure in marketing environment.
- Presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good in customer service and customer oriented.
