  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duration: 3 months contract under PERSOLKELLY Malaysia (2 February 2025 - 1 May 2025)

Working Hours & Day :
Sunday to Thursday : 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Purpose:
Responsible for assisting customers with their transactions, inquiries, and requests at the service counter. This role involves providing high-quality customer service, managing product exchanges and returns, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized counter area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth transaction of business at the branch counter.
  • Responsible for receipts issuance for General & Shareholder Fund 3
  • Responsible for issuance of Motor Direct cover note for the General Business.
  • Responsible for issuance of non-Motor policies
  • Responsible for receiving & entertain complaints from direct walk-in customers & agents.
  • Responsible for preparing the daily collections report (DCR) for verification by Regional Operation on daily basis.
  • Responsible for recording documents and all related material for submission to the Head Office. 8. Responsible to get NCD confirmation 9. Responsible for issuance of endorsement for motor and non-motor policy. 10. Responsible for upkeeping the filling system at the branch. 11. Undertake any other job as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Vast exposure in marketing environment.
  • Presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in customer service and customer oriented.
