JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
As the HR Manager at myFirst Tech Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and supporting our employees' growth and development. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s global business goals.
  • Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements for organizational effectiveness.

2. Global HR Operations:

  • Manage HR functions for global teams, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations in multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with regional offices to harmonize HR policies and practices.
  • Lead expatriate management and oversee work visa processing where required.

3. Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and continuous employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Identify training needs and create effective learning and development initiatives.

4. Compensation, Benefits & Budgeting:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with company goals.
  • Manage and monitor HR budget, including payroll, benefits, and recruitment costs.
  • Ensure fair and equitable compensation structures are maintained globally.

5. Employee Engagement & Performance Management

  • Drive initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Oversee the performance management process and ensure constructive feedback and goal-setting practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters to resolve conflicts and foster a supportive work environment.

6. Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices in all regions of operation.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as necessary to reflect legal and regulatory changes.

7. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior leadership review.

8. Others

  • Other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven expertise in global HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management across diverse regions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations at both local and international levels.
  • Experience managing compensation and benefits programs, budgeting, and HRIS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
