Overview

  • Provides technical management and support for contracted organisation’s operations
  • Assists to manage contracted organisation Landing Gear and Nacelle induction programmes to
ensure Landing Gear and Nacelle meet airworthiness requirements and/or operationaI’s
Requirements
  • Monitor and update landing gear movement of AOC TAA and AOC IAA
  • Participates in arranging MAA landing gear for shop visit for scheduled / unscheduled
overhaul/repair to MROs
  • Provide Repair Order (RO) as required for Landing Gear Components and Nacelle which are
going for a shop visit.
  • Assist to create Service Order (SO) for payment purposes for vendors
  • Monitor and arrange shop visit for MAA Nacelles
  • Monitor TAA, IAA and PAA Nacelles Movement
  • Perform GRN for approved SO and update the details in set aside sheet
  • Deal with procure to pay and finance team for invoice coding and payment
  • Negotiates with MROs to ensure the most efficient and beneficial package for Landing Gear and
Nacelle overhaul/repair,Hospital Shop visit for Engine.
  • Liaises with other departments within the company as necessary to determine the requirements
for aircraft or operations;
  • Assists in insurance claims related to incident gears and nacelles
  • Establishes and maintains an effective and economical administrative system for contracts.
  • Participates actively in negotiations with vendors/customers on Contract Negotiation for the
AirAsia Group for assets such as Landing gear, Nacelles ,APU and Engine.
  • Prepares and presents weekly reports and analysis to superior and management, as necessary.
