To provide support and services in execution of human capital activities’ from manpower planning, recruitment, selection, communications and engagement, training, and policy implementation & compliance.
Support in development and implementation of HR policies, plan, processes and programmes.Attract top talents to join company by using effective sourcing channels and proactively build a strong talent pipeline for recruitment opportunities.Responsible for maintenance of the personnel database; attendance record, tracking of staff probation and confirmation.Issuing of HR related letters e.g. appointment letter; confirmation; salary adjustment, transfer and etc.Handling new staff onboarding processHandling employee engagement and staff activities (team building, birthday/ festive celebrations etc.) from conceptualization, planning until its success execution.Assist in managing industrial relations matters relating to staff disciplines.Provide coordinating functions in staff development, learning and training;Generating monthly Human Resources Reports and others ad hoc tasks.Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 3 years' working experience.Experience in end-to-end recruitment process is a MUST Experience in employee's engagement program will be an added advantage.Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Strong communication & people skill.Good English command is a Must.
