Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accounting
Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy
Preferable executive specialized in finance
E-commerce accounting experience will be advantages.
Required skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Office- MS Word & Excel, Autocount
Mandarin literate is preferred as candidate will be exposed to mandarin relate content of the job role.
Adapt Team work culture with a positive attitude and great spirit of teamwork.
Self-motivated, able to work independently with less supervisory, has an organized working attitude, good communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities :

Preparation of management accounts and financial reports (full set accounts)
To handle daily accounting functions such as invoicing, stock, cash flow, and other transactions
To prepare month-end reconciliations and analysis
To perform monthly stock inventory
Ensuring cash flow are well controlled
Liaise with tax agent, auditor, bank officer and other authority bodies as necessary
Prepare Projection & Forecast, able to perform analysis report to Management
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Adhere to financial regulations and legislation
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned within the realm of the employee abilities
