JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Gap Closing Progress – Competency Monitoring:

  • Monitor current competency of staff
  • Identify competency gap of staff
  • Discuss and suggest improvements
  • Monitor changes in performance

Manage Training Effectiveness – Training & Development Plan:

  • Manage training program

Manage Training Effectiveness – Talent Development Execution:

  • Prepare training budget for Aafiyat

Manage Training Effectiveness – Leadership Development Plan:

  • Compile data for leadership development plan
  • Design leadership development draft and follow up for leadership development design
  • Embed Leadership Development into the business
  • Conduct and access process effectiveness

Manage Training & Development – Training Course:

  • Review training course details
  • Get approval for training course
  • Check with HRDF if training course is claimable
  • Book training course
  • Ensure the smoothness of the training process
  • Prepare report for the training evaluation

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields
  • 1-3 years experience in related fields
  • Fresh graduate are also welcome
  • Familiar with HRDCorp / HRDF system
  • Proficient using Microsoft System / Application
  • Willingness and eager to learn new things
  • Can work in a team or individually

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
