Job Responsibilities:

Development and Delivery of Training Programs:

  • Design and implement both public and in-house training programs related to QHSE management systems.
  • Conduct training sessions in offline, online, or hybrid formats.
  • Develop training outlines, materials, presentations, and instructional guides.
  • Supporting and delivering webinars where applicable.


Program Evaluation and Support:

  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Address client inquiries related to the certification process.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest QHSE regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and industry best practices.


Strategic Contributions:

  • Provide guidance to management on training and development strategies.
  • Identify and support opportunities for cross-selling Bureau Veritas services as needed.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Training Manager.


Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure adherence to the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics, and BV Group’s policies and procedures.


Upskilling:

  • Attends new training to qualify for other training courses.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Certificate as a QHSE Lead Auditor (IRCA certified) is required.
  • Background in Social and Sustainability standards is preferred.
  • Possesses TTT qualification/ HRDF qualified trainer.
  • Certificate as a QHSE Lead Auditor (IRCA certified) is required.
