Job Description
- Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Supervise and train cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle staffing needs, including scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints regarding cleaning services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in working order.
Required Experience
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the supervision sector or cleaning industry
- Computer literacy, good in leadership & handling workers.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Education
- Possess min SPM with 1 years experiences
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
