Key responsibilities:

  • Handle general secretarial duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, call screening, and travel arrangement
  • Collaborate with Head of Departments to ensure seamless internal and external operations
  • Manage office administration tasks, such as sourcing, purchasing, delivery coordination, invoicing, and issuing correspondence
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities
  • Take on ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in any field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • High integrity and capable of performing under pressure
  • Willingness to work on-site at our Petaling Jaya Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
