Key responsibilities:
- Handle general secretarial duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, call screening, and travel arrangement
- Collaborate with Head of Departments to ensure seamless internal and external operations
- Manage office administration tasks, such as sourcing, purchasing, delivery coordination, invoicing, and issuing correspondence
- Assist in organizing company events and activities
- Take on ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in any field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- High integrity and capable of performing under pressure
- Willingness to work on-site at our Petaling Jaya Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
