- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word, etc.).
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, reports, and forms.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks including bookkeeping, processing, purchasing and invoicing, process receipts, payment schedules, and keep track of outstanding invoices.
- Monitor documents dispatch and received, recording documents flow and filing.
- Recording and coordinating the flow of work and materials between departments.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday: 9am - 3pm
- Sunday: Off day
- Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as an admin clerk or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities, work independently.
- Great personal learning opportunity.
