  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word, etc.).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, reports, and forms.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks including bookkeeping, processing, purchasing and invoicing, process receipts, payment schedules, and keep track of outstanding invoices.
  • Monitor documents dispatch and received, recording documents flow and filing.
  • Recording and coordinating the flow of work and materials between departments.

    Working hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
    • Saturday: 9am - 3pm
    • Sunday: Off day

  • Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience as an admin clerk or in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities, work independently.
  • Great personal learning opportunity.

  • Proceed with a valid car driving license.
