Quality Supervisor / Assistant Manager

• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the production process
• Train and supervise staff on quality assurance practices
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans and protocols
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions
• Interface with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials
• Monitor inventory of materials and supplies to ensure quality
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality of finished products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
