JR70554 Manufacturing Shift TrainerJob Description:
-As a SSD/MOD Manufacturing Trainer, your primary responsibilities will be providing training, analyzing operators' performance, maintaining training certifications, and fostering teamwork.
You will need to fulfill area-specific responsibilities and maintain individual effectiveness. It is a requirement to balance multiple task and duties efficiently; positively handle conflict situations; state clear, concise expectations; and offer clear explanations; and to ensure accountability of all materials in production line.
Responsibility and Tasks to Train and Certify Team Member -
1)Develop training plans. Use the training management system to assign, track and certify training.
2) Gather training material and aids. Re-evaluate and modify the training plan if necessary.
3)Verify that the team member completes certification requirements. Follow up after training and certification to ensure that the team member is able to perform the task independently and cope well to meet production targets and goals.
Analyze the abilities and skills of operators during the shift to assess production needs, and suggest cross-training opportunities if deemed necessary. Communicate schedule changes.
5) Provide coverage on equipment and processes.
6)Provide Information and Feedback to Manufacturing teams, and Engineering team. Assess the needs to provide information and feedback from team member to their respective supervisors and process/ equipment owners.
7)Determine the audience for communication (be it to operators or to supporting groups such as Planning or Engineering).
8)Follow up after delivering the information to close the feedback loop. Contribute to Manufacturing Procedures.
9)Determine the need for procedural changes after feedback from the manufacturing team and work closely with their respective supervisors.
10) Seek preliminary approval for changes through supervisors to submit request for change.
11)Adhere to Company rules and regulations and Promote Safety in the Workplace. Identify and promptly report hazards. Follow safety procedures and area work rule including proper personal protective equipment and chemical safety. Ensure that equipment and tool are operated within manufactures and company guidelines.
Requirement:
Education Diploma & Minimum 3 credits in O Levels or equivalent
Experience: 2 years' experience in Module Manufacturing Qualifications Candidates should also have the willingness to attend meeting, demonstrate positive and supportive behavior.
Candidates must be capable of working successfully in a team environment, display effective interpersonal skills when interacting with other, meet or exceed expectations on the last performance review, and have no disciplinary actions in the past six months.
Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work supervised or unsupervised, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
