We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automatic Carwash Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art carwash facility, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and handle technical maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the carwash facility.

Ensure smooth functioning of all equipment and provide exceptional customer service.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance within the carwash area.

2. Sales and Marketing:

Develop and implement strategies to increase carwash sales and memberships.

Monitor customer feedback to improve service offerings.

Promote additional services and upsell carwash packages to customers.

3. Cost Management:

Track operational expenses and maintain budgets.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

Ensure timely procurement of supplies and manage inventory effectively.

4. Maintenance and Repair:

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of carwash equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair machinery promptly to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with third-party technicians when necessary.

5. Staffing and Team Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise carwash staff.

Schedule shifts and manage staff performance to ensure high efficiency.

Foster a positive and motivated work environment.

6. Reporting:

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Analyze sales, expenses, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing an automatic carwash or similar facility or automotive related industry.

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining machinery.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and sales strategies.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
