Executive Assistant
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering) or equivalent.
· In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
· Experience in Oil & Gas sector is preferred.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
· Lead, coach, motivate and mentor the Sales and Proposal Team to ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets and improved performance in meeting KPIs.
· Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback.
· Initiate and lead weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, sales strategies, and challenges.
2. Technical Sales Support:
· Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose technical solutions.
· Attend tender meeting and site visits.
· Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining services to clients and potential clients.
· Provide pre-sales technical support to address client inquiries and objections effectively.
3. Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales strategies and goals.
· Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and determining the annual unit and gross profit plans.
· Map potential clients and generate leads for the organization.
4. Proposal Management:
· Oversee the creation and submission of high-quality proposals.
· Ensure proposals are meticulously crafted to align with client needs, expectations, and to recommend optimistic solutions that demonstrate our commitment to client success.
· Review and approve proposals before submission to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
5. Networking and Industry Events:
· Represent the company at industry-specific networking events, conferences, and seminars.
· Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and influencers.
· Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities through event participation.

Pay: RM1,993.44 - RM4,605.96 per month
