Retail Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Executive to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlets. The ideal candidate will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the smooth functioning of the store while meeting company standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Promote products and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.

Store Operations:

• Manage the daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team for stock replenishment.

Team Supervision:

• Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff.
• Allocate tasks and manage staff schedules effectively.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

Merchandising and Promotions:

• Implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support promotional campaigns and ensure proper display of promotional materials.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitor sales performance and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest actionable improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,066.38 - RM3,447.64 per month
