- Building Executives with Experiences in Handling Interfloor Leaking are encouraged to apply.
- Systematically Follow Up with multiples Interfloor Leaking and Strictly Follow through SOP according to the Strata Management Act
- Strictly Monitor Units With House Rule Breaching and Give Reminder Notices and Penalties
- Overseeing the daily operations of the building together with technicians
- make receipt and send invoices to all owners, defaulter management, payment voucher & cheque preparation.
- Ensuring the safety of the building's occupants and visitors plus able to resolve their complaints and problems encountered
- Ensuring building services and all related facilities are well maintained and minimize overall downtime
- Responsible for smooth operation of building services such as Security, Cleaning, M&E system such as lifts, CCTV, Fire Alarm Fire Protection, Lighting, Door & Card Access, Monitoring Tenant Renovation, Carpark Maintenance and Surrounding Maintenance.
- Working Closely and monitor performance of service providers and contractors on building maintenance and services
- Ensuring periodic calibrations of systems are performed to comply with authorities such as JKKP, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, COB, BOMBA etc.
- Assist in preparation of documentation, filing and presentation monthly council meetings with Management Corporation Committee.
- Other duty assigned by the Committee Members and Company Director like liaison with account department to prepare monthly Profit & Loss or Financial Reports and Balance Sheet.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
